Why we need MOQ?

As a factory,we provide custom service for different styles of clothes,we don’t sell cloth and fabric,but we are near the fabric market,we can source different styles of fabric according to clients’ requirements quickly and customize what they like.the important question is, the fabric suppliers don’t want to cut the fabric to sell often except for samples,they would like to sell the fabric rolls of them,

So when you want to cut the fabric for making samples,they charge a little high price.for example, knitted fabric,for hoodies and sweatpants,one roll of fabric can produce 30-50 pieces,for T-shirts, one roll of fabric can produce at least 80-100 pieces,so this is one reason why we need MOQ. The second key reason is,when clients customize clothes, they always want to customize different crafts on the clothes,if such low MOQ with no craft or less craft, it is more easy to operate for factories,but if this low MOQ with many crafts,like printing ,embroidery,acid wash,puff printing and so on, for the related factories, they will be big trouble for them.they have to spend much energy ,much labor cost and very high cost to make these crafts but cannot make money,they will hate to do that or reject to do that,so MOQ is win-win situation,finally it will help clients to get good results.
